Mat Pilates
This low impact exercise program is designed to strengthen your body while improving flexibility and postural alignment.
While we will focus on core exercises (abdominals, back, hips, shoulders, inner and out thighs) you can expect Pilates to help you do everything better. Strengthening you core will help you to move better in life.
Strong & Steady
We will begin with a full body warm up, followed by mobility work design to help you move better in life.
Next we will shift to stability and slow and controlled strength work to improve muscle tone and balance.
Finally we'll end with a relaxing stretch to leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
Circuit Training
This classic strength and cardio based class will mix and match intervals and exercises to keep your body guessing and keep your progress going.
Every class begins with a standard warm up, a brief overview of the exercises, a full body workout, followed by a stretch and release to leave you feeling energized and ready for the next part of your day.
20/20/20 Revamped!
A whole new take on a well-loved classic!
A one-hour session including 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of Butts & Guts (core work).
Finishing it up with a nice, relaxing stretch.
This class packs it all in while listening to some great music.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga will focus on linking breath with movement, flowing from pose to pose to gentle yet motivating music. Enjoy sun salutations, standing strength and balance work, finishing with core and deep stretching to improve your overall flexibility.
Butts & Guts
A strength and stability workout designed to work everyone's most favorite parts!
This class will give you exactly what is says, a core and butt blasting workout to improve muscle tone and endurance and make your stronger and more confident.
HIIT & Chill
HIIT & Chill is exactly what you'd expect. Join us for an early morning jolt as you work through cardio inspired circuits and then bring it all back down with a yoga inspired stretch and deep breathing.
HIIT work is strong medicine and 1-2 days a week is the perfect addition to your weekly exercise program.
Chisel & Chill
Chisel & Chill gives you a dose of strength based circuits to build your precious lean muscle so you can feel strong, confident and toned in your daily life.

Rhonda has been teaching group fitness since 1985.
Rhonda is certified through the American Fitness Association of America in both group fitness and personal training. She is a retired nationally qualified physique and bodybuilding competitor having 5 overall wins across the east coast spanning 2012-2017. She holds various certifications to include health and life coaching, and working with older adults.
Rhonda promotes and understands that as an organism, we require 4 things to thrive: Movement; Good Fuel; Good Sleep Hygiene; and Spiritual Connection. Her fitness philosophy is to show up and do your best without comparisons. She combines fun with knowledge when she instructs as it allows people to make sense of why we engage in particular types of exercises, the speed or slowness in which we do them, the importance of form, and mind/muscle connection. This also builds self-confidence so when the trainer isn’t there, form can still be executed with accuracy.
Rhonda underscores with all those she works with about the importance of making the time for self-care to create a life filled with meaning, purpose, and a sense of connection beyond our to-do list. The goal is not to just create a life that looks good on the outside, but to imbue a life that feels great on the inside too!

8 years as a fitness instructor beginning my journey by first becoming a certified Les Mills Body Combat instructor in 2016, teaching in various places in WNY and then becoming a certified AFAA group fitness instructor in 2017.
Aside from my fitness background, I hold a 5th degree (Master Rank) Black Belt in the United Fighting Arts Federation Chuck Norris System and I'm an independent wrestler under the moniker T.J. Kartz.

I am trained in specialty areas include but are not limited to TRX Suspension Training, Jillian Michaels Body Shred, Kickboxing, and Pilates. Each of these formats has its own unique benefits, which allows me to implement variety and challenges into your workout.

Frequently Asked Questions
This class was built with women in mind! What do women need? To build muscle. What do women want? To burn fat. I decided to give you both in one convenient class. We will spend the first part of class on targeted strength moves for your large muscle groups. Then we will spend time bring your heart rate up for low impact interval training. I’ll leave you feeling amazing after a full body stretch and recovery session.
Both classes will use body weight exercises as well as resistance bands that I will provide. The only equipment you will need to bring is your mat, and ideally a water bottle.
Absolutely! As an experienced trainer I have extensive knowledge in scaling exercises for many abilities. I will guide you through different modifications to make the exercises both more difficult and more manageable. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. As always, clearance from your doctor to exercise is recommended.
I know not everyone is comfortable jumping, so I always make any jumping optional and will offer choices in the program design. The main focus I have in every class is to give you a great workout, and to make sure you are safe and injury free!
